SECURITY

All our LFB Services Security Guards are fully SIA verified and are provided with the right training for each assignment. When Security Guards are assigned to a site, our team ensures that they receive specific training for the client/ site they are protecting. This includes emergency procedures, site contacts, fire safety and full site details.

STEWARDS

Our Stewards deliver a great atmosphere and peace of mind whilst at work, they deliver a great first impression, run health and safety risks and tend to your business needs. The steward may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, and giving out basic information for your business.

EVENT STAFF

All LFB event staff are experience in various roles to cover any position around your event.

Firstly by greeting guests upon arrival, acknowledge the appropriate admission badge or credential and allow only authorised guests' entry into the venue. Responsibilities also include providing general information and assistance to guests, behind the bar, catering, and around the event.

Diffusing Anti Social Behaviour

Our guards are trained to deal with a variety of adverse working situations.

Officers faced by racist, sexist or other unreasonable and unacceptable behaviour by anyone shall take the following actions to defuse the situation:
They shall challenge the unreasonable and unacceptable behaviour in a calm, firm and polite but assertive manner without provoking the person.
They shall not enter into an argument as to why the comments or behaviour are considered to be offensive.
They shall not retaliate either verbally or physically.

If the situation appears to be deteriorating and actual or threatened violence occurs, the officer shall contact the police and inform the event management immediately.

First Aid

Many of our Event Security Officers are trained to provide initial or immediate assistance given to someone who has been injured or taken ill, prior to the arrival of an ambulance, doctor or other suitably qualified person.

The main aims of first aid are to:

✓ Preserve life;
✓ Prevent the condition from worsening;
✓ Promote recovery; and
✓ Obtain qualified assistance.
